Thomas Costanzo was convicted of Money Laundering by a jury, however the case is still being fought. The Public Defender Appeal Attorney Dan Kaplan, does an excellent job pointing out how, government chief prosecutor Gary Restaino, neglected to enter into EVIDENCE, there was interstate commerce involved in the government manufactured "Crime". The government never proved that the money came from out of state and never proved with EVIDENCE, there was interstate commerce for the bitcoins. This could have been done by a block analysis presented to the jury, showing that the mined bitcoins were in another state... BUT they didn't do this. Gary needs to be worried. 

As a side note Gary Restiano has  A formal complaint and request for investigation was filed with the Inspector General and the Office of Professional Responsibility within the Department of Justice on April 10, 2019 regarding misconduct committed by Gary Restaino, Esq., an Assistant United States Attorney in Arizona ("AUSA Restaino"), and Daniel Odom, a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("SA Odom").

I encourage you to watch the video and share with your friends. This is actually a big deal and were it to be overturned, all the governments work will go down the drain.
