GOP consultant Dick Morris, who advised Bill Clinton during impeachment, thinks Hillary Clinton could still get in the race 

'She wants to. She feels entitled to do it. She feels compelled to do it. She feels that God put her on the Earth to do it,' Morris said

 Morris said the #MeToo movement is holding her back and that she's waiting for former Vice President Joe Biden's campaign to crumble 

Hillary Clinton might try for the White House a third time suggested Dick Morris, the GOP political consultant who advised President Clinton when he was facing impeachment.  

'The issue is will the ghost of Hillary Clinton come out and get into the election?' Morris told John Catsimatidis on 'The Cats Roundtable' Sunday, a spooky thought for many Democrats at the beginning of Halloween week.
