The actual natural flexibility of a book cannot be undersold. So it is clear that the book is never going away. What is also clear is that an excess of electronic media can turn out to be counter productive which should have been obvious. The mind can only do things so much without finding a way to be distracted and electronic media is a dream for exploiting this.
