The tape details top Ukrainian officials meddling in the U.S. election… in support of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton against then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

In the tape, former Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Artem Sytnyk is heard confessing that his team "helped" Hillary during the U.S. election.

Sytnyk was convicted of election interference in December 2018. The court ruled the interfered "in the electoral processes of the United States in 2016 and harmed the interests of Ukraine as a state" by releasing confidential information that hurt President Donald Trump.

Beck's audio release has Sytnyk confessing that he released the information to counter efforts by the Russians, who were also meddling.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's exhaustive probe concluded there was no evidence the Russian government colluded with the Trump campaign while meddling.
