Woman wins court battle to call herself a 'death midwife' --


A British Columbia court ruled in favor of Pashta MaryMoon, a 'death midwife' in her late 60s who offers workshops on how to care for dead bodies

The College of Midwives of British Columbia claimed that she should not be allowed to advertise her services as a 'death midwife' since she wasn't a midwife 

But BC Supreme Court Justice Neena Sharm ruled that preventing MaryMoon from calling herself 'death midwife' violates her right to freedom of expression
