The Department of Justice has completed its investigation and declined to bring charges against Tony Podesta, an influential Washington lobbyist and brother of Clinton Campaign manager John Podesta. The Podesta Group worked with Paul Manafort, lobbying on behalf of Ukrainian interests in the United States without registering under the Foreign Registration Act, which is a criminal offense. Manafort, President Trump's former campaign manager, was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and has been in solitary confinement since early this year. Meanwhile, Podesta, a high level Democrat, receives a free pass. -GEG
