A family filed  a lawsuit against Chicago Police Department after guns were pointed at children and an eight-year-old boy was handcuffed during a raid 

Cops searched Domonique Wilson's home amid reports there were guns there 

They ordered her and three kids out of their home at gunpoint in the rain 

Her son Royal, 8, was handcuffed and he claimed to have bruises on his wrist  

A family has filed a lawsuit against Chicago Police Department after guns were pointed at their three young children and their eight-year-old son was handcuffed outside their home.

Officers executed a search warrant at Domonique Wilson's home on March 15 and  ordered her and her three children out of the home in Illinois at riflepoint.
