Pro-Life Film DOUBLES Expected Box Office Sales "Despite Social Media Censorship"are
Pro-life movie, Unplanned, doubled its expected box office sales this weekend despite apparent censorship from social media giants.
The film, about former Planned Parenthood worker turned pro-life activist Abby Johnson was expected to take in only $2-3 million and instead made $6.1 million in its box office debut, taking 5th place.
PJ Media reported yesterday that 99k of the films 100k Twitter followers mysteriously disappeared by Sunday–and at one point, the account dropped to just 151 followers.
As of 1:42 p.m. ET today, the account had over 265k followers.
The film's Twitter account was also briefly suspended on Saturday, just hours after its debut.
