Former First Lady Michelle Obama took a veiled shot at President Trump and the looming possibility that he might be indicted while speaking in Detroit on Tuesday night as part of her ongoing nationwide book tour.

The former First Lady was discussing the scrutiny that she and her family experienced as the first African-American family in the White House.

"We can't make mistakes. We can't get indicted," she said.

The crowd roared with laughter and applause at Obama's shot at Trump.

"We goin' in tonight, honey. We goin' in," the event moderator said in reaction to Obama's remarks.
