Rene Boucher Files Civil Suit Against Rand Paul The socialist revolutionary wants ...

Rene Boucher – an avowed Bernie Sanders support and liberal socialist revolutionary – ambushed Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) outside of his own Kentucky home last year. This terrorist attack could have cost Paul his life, as he suffered several broken ribs and pneumonia from the complications of the assault.

U.S. District Judge Marianne Battani – who was nominated to her post by former President Bill Clinton – claimed that the attack was a "dispute between neighbors" and an "isolated incident." She gave the terrorist a slap on the wrist, repeating his side of the story as if it was canon, and gave him only 30 days in jail for mauling a sitting Senator. The obvious message being sent here is that it is now open season on conservative Republicans, who will no longer have their rights protected in a court of law.

To add insult to injury, Boucher has even filed a countersuit against Paul – who is seeking civil redress for the damages inflicted upon him. Boucher hopes that the civil court will force Paul to pay up because he was allegedly offended by a small debris pile outside of his property lines, which he claims violated the by-laws of the neighborhood's homeowners association.

According to the complaint filed by Boucher, he wants "all compensatory and punitive damages permitted by law" that he feels he is owed due to the "intentional" behavior of Paul and his family. He claims Paul violated the following portion of the Rivergreen Homeowners Association by-laws: "Each owner shall refrain from any act or use of his Lot which could reasonably cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood."
