Based on information from leakers that say an FBI informant was placed inside the Trump campaign, there was probably at least some moderate impropriety. In fact, The New York Times' leaker confirmed to the news outlet that the FBI DID run a "spy campaign" against Trump.  With or without the salacious dossier (which was funded by Hillary Clinton), that's nonetheless wrongdoing. But was the Obama Administration in on it? It certainly looks like it.

Back in 2017, SHTFPlan reported that Mark Levin, who was not a die-hard Trump supporter, said the evidence is all there, and it's public.

But no matter how much they spin, it is becoming crystal clear that President Obama's administration did, in fact, involve themselves in electronic spying of Trump and his surrogates in an effort to link him to Russian influence.
