President Donald Trump is trying to solve immigration problems, but leftist special interest groups are not making it easy for him. Attorneys for Muslim Advocates filed a lawsuit recently to bury reports from the United States departments of Justice and Homeland Security detailing instances of terrorism perpetrated by immigrants.

"If left uncorrected, the report is likely to contribute to this increase in violence and stigmatization experienced by Muslim communities," the complaint reads. The attorneys also claim that the report "misrepresents the threat that immigrants, especially Muslim immigrants, pose to the United States."

The report itself can be found here. It is the basis for Executive Order 13780: Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States. The report indicates that 73 percent of the 549 individuals who were convicted of international terrorism-related charges in U.S. federal courts between Sept. 11, 2001 and Dec. 31, 2016 were foreign-born. The report also listed cases of honor killings, forced marriages and female genital mutilation related to immigration from third-world countries dominated by Muslims.

The attorneys for the Muslim Advocates want to immediately stop the distribution of this report to the American people.
