Newsbud Exclusive – 'UN Mediators':

It is widely believed throughout the diplomatic global community that the use of UN 'mediators' is often a very effective, sometimes necessary tool in order to resolve a dispute between two parties, usually between two countries. UN describes mediation as 'a voluntary process conducted confidentially in which a trained neutral person, known as a mediator, assists parties in working towards a negotiated agreement of a dispute or difference.'

But are these mediators really 'neutral'?
