There's stunning new evidence of Russian collusion coming to light – one that shows Moscow plotting to gain inside access to the highest levels of our government.

And it's NOT about President Donald Trump!

A key insider has come forward and revealed to congressional investigators how Russian interests tried to use their money to sway the Clintons.

They were hoping to BUY ACCESS to the then-secretary of state – and supposed "future president" – Hillary Clinton.

FBI informant Douglas Campbell spent four hours recently testifying to three committees: Senate Judiciary, House Oversight and House Intelligence.

And by all accounts, he gave them an earful.

The Hill reports that Campbell told investigators that Moscow tried to exploit Hillary's self-serving "Russian reset" stunt by hiring a lobbying firm linked to the Clinton Global Initiative.

The firm, APCO, indicated that its work for both Russia and the Clintons is purely coincidental.

That word comes up a lot with the Clintons, doesn't it?

But Campbell reportedly told the committees that APCO was told to apply some of the $3 million it received from the Russians to "support" the Clinton Global Initiative.

"The contract called for four payments of $750,000 over twelve months. APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the U.S.-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement," Campbell said, according to a statement obtained by The Hill.

Uranium One is the controversial deal that gave Russia control over a key portion of the U.S. uranium supply.

APCO told Fox News that Campbell's claims are "false and unfounded."
