Larry Nassar, 54, entered a guilty plea to seven counts of molesting girls as young as 10 in a Michigan courtroom on Wednesday

He broke down in tears while he confessed to 'sexually penetrating' his victims and will face 25 to 40 years in prison for each count

There are over 125 additional women who have accused him of sexual assault, including Ali Raisman, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney 

All of Nassar's victims who reported incidents to Michigan State University will be allowed to speak at  his sentencing hearing 

Nassar verbally confessed to each offense in court, and agreed to wearing a monitoring device and have his electronic activity monitored for life 

he said that he hoped his plea would help 'to move the community forward and stop the hurting' before adding: 'I pray the rosary every day for forgiveness'
