A 24-hour Asteroid Day broadcast from Luxembourg, beginning at 9 p.m. EDT Thursday (0100 GMT Friday), will explore the dangers and promise of asteroids and the missions helping investigate them. The livestream will feature a special broadcast at 12 p.m. EDT (1600 GMT) Friday from NASA's Planetary Defense Coordination Office.
