Gorgeous Net-Zero Home Slashes Heating And Cooling Costs By 90%

• True Activist

Who wouldn't want to live in an eco-friendly abode that has a relatively small utility bill? Home buyers now have the chance, as a Net-Zero Energy Ready home has been introduced to the market, and the technology it boasts is nearly guaranteed to save homeowners money. The prized feature is a steel construction technology patented by BONE Structure, and it is credited with reducing the cooling and energy costs by an astonishing 90%.

The energy-efficient home was inspired by the aerospace industry. State-of-the-art sustainable technologies have been implemented in the structure's design and materials that are highly ecological are used in its development. According to the company's website, the house has a soy-based polyurethane thermal envelope that provides optimal insulation. Best of all? The home is built to be durable, meaning it should last a long time.

As Inhabitat shares, all BONE Structure homes are open-concept living spaces without load-bearing walls. Additionally, they're outfitted with large windows that invite plenty of sunlight to flood in.

The house in the photos below is based in Oakland Hills, California, and includes bay and canyon views, floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright open interior. It boasts five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a spacious living room, home office, gourmet kitchen and a two car garage that leads to the interior of the house. Did we mention it's incredibly eco-friendly?

Following are some photos of the Net-Zero Energy Ready home:

Yes, but! Chemtrail dust getting in everywhere. This house needs an airlock where people entering must scrub down and change clothes, just like all those "radiation" movies. Their old clothes would be burned, and the room thoroughly scoured after they went on in to put on new duds. Of course, there would have to be 100% outside-to-inside air filtration. - Look at all the new housing projects going up in the rich areas around Phoenix. Nobody will be able to live in any of them, because of the chemtrails
