The Conservative Tribune reports, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has just proven once again that he's a governor out to reduce governmental dependency and a constant state of poverty for the state's citizens. According to the Washington Examiner, Walker has moved in his executive budget to propose an expansion of work requirements to able-bodied adults with school-age children on food stamps. Currently, food stamp work requirements only apply to able-bodied adults without children.
