Buttrick, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery, Criminal Defense Attorney Marc J. Victor, and Attorney Logan Elia. This is a CLE hosted by Arizona State University and the Law Firm of Marc J. Victor P.C.

The war on drugs is entirely incompatible with a free society. As such, the law firm of Marc J. Victor, P.C. actively supports ending the drug war immediately. Therefore, for over 20 years, marijuana attorney Marc J. Victor has worked tirelessly towards ending the war on drugs by being vocal in; court on the record, advocating on the radio and television, giving countless speeches. 

In addition, he has written articles, debated the issue publicly with elected officials, serving as a member of the national NORML legal committee, as well as refusing to administer the drug laws as an appointed Superior Court Judge Pro Tem in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Marc J. Victor has also been consistently and uncompromisingly against the drug war throughout his legal career; even, and especially so when it was an unpopular position.
