Law enforcement workers dressed up as superheroes and 'flew' from the terrace into the children's windows, bearing gifts and badges.

When you're little, you believe in the possibility of miracles. When you're a child with cancer, however, some of life's magic tends to dissipate.

Because no child should have to endure existence without something to delight in and dream about, the Albanian Police Force and Special Forces decided to surprise children in an exciting and special way.

On June 1st, 2016, men and women of the law dressed up as superheroes and 'flew' from the terrace into the children's windows, bearing gifts and badges with the print: You are our Hero!

The sight was warming for the parents and magical for the kids, which is exactly what the officers were aiming for, we speculate.
