 THANK YOU for stopping by and giving support! When I first met Ky on a shoot in Minnesota,  I felt like I'd stumbled upon the greatest story never told. I'm a science filmmaker, and I'm obsessed with telling tales about the boundary pushers exploring our crazy amazing universe. To me, Ky is an unsung hero along the lines of Lindbergh and the Wright Brothers, and I couldn't believe the world had never heard of him. And when I found out that he didn't learn to read or write until he was 60 years old due to severe dyslexia, I was all in. It became my mission to make sure everyone in the world knew that the first civilian to reach outer space was a dyslexic high school dropout who never gave up on his dreams.
