NSA Data Will Soon Be Used Routinely For Domestic Policing That Is Completely Unrelated To Terrorism

However, don't just point to the NSA as the 'culprit'. All intelligence agencies in the U.S. answer directly to the Director of National Intelligence, (DNI) who currently happens to be James Clapper. The position of DNI was originally created by President George Bush in 1995, and his first appointed Director was John Negroponte – a member of the Trilateral Commission. Negroponte is credited with the initial organization of the department, and of bringing all agencies under its domain. In 2009, Obama appointed another Trilateral, Admiral Dennis C. Blair. The Trilateral Commission is the prime driver of Technocracy since 1973, and remains in that role today.

A while back, we noted a report showing that the "sneak-and-peek" provision of the Patriot Act that was alleged to be used only in national security and terrorism investigations has overwhelmingly been used in narcotics cases. Now the New York Times reports that National Security Agency data will be shared with other intelligence agencies like the FBI without first applying any screens for privacy.
