Fox News' resident Judge, Andrew Napolitano said, "This is enough to shake the American political system to its foundation."

Pagliano's immunity indicates that the DOJ has probably already convened a Grand Jury, explained Napolitano.

This means that the FBI feels it has enough evidence to indict Clinton and begin a criminal trial.

Napolitano stated:

"He (Pagliano) knows who led it and he knows who was in it, and he's about to spill the beans to a grand jury"

He added that Hillary Clinton "should be terrified of the fact that he's been granted immunity."
