Flashback: Allegations of Government Human and Biotech Experiments...

(Truthstream Media) By now, most people know of at least a few of the more infamous instances of our government secretly experimenting on its own citizens.

The Tuskegee experiments, where some 600 poor sharecroppers in Macon County, Alabama were told they'd get free government healthcare during the great depression in what turned out to be a government-induced and monitored syphilis infection is one of those cases.

MKUltra, the CIA's post-World War II mass mind control experiment conducted on the populous at large all over the nation, included everything from giving LSD to babies to satanic sex abuse rituals and torture of children and others in order to "crack their minds" for control in what some victims were allegedly told was "an aid of national security."

For another less horrifying, perhaps more basic example out of Craig Roberts' The Medusa File: Secret Crimes and Coverups of the U.S. Government, (a book of which just the first few chapters could make most Americans' hair turn white), many people don't realize that during World War II, the US government sent Navy warships out of San Diego up the Southern California coastline covertly spraying influenza virus out of large pressure tanks onto small coastal towns. Government agencies would then monitor where the virus outbreaks cropped up and how far the virus spread at various surveillance sites from the shoreline up to 250 miles inland. Other tests, involving other chemical compounds out of supposed concern for chemical warfare, were also conducted on an unknowing population, always of course "as a defensive measure" and "for national security."

There are so many cases on record of our government experimenting on its own citizens without their consent and in many cases without even basic knowledge, that it's mind blowing people don't realize there are likely multiple unethical government experiments going on right now against people's will as we are typing this.

The government has a long, documented history here, so why would the people in powerful places have suddenly grown a conscience and stopped? Prolonged secrecy on these and other matters does not suggest it. Has the government gotten less or more corrupt, centralized, and tyrannical over the last 50 to 60 years? Most would agree the answer isn't "less," so the likelihood of continued experimentation on the public — as has been done for decades — is quite high.

That brings us to this 1991 article found in the February/March issue of the magazine UFO Universe entitled, "The Deep Dark Secret at Dulce." Yes, it comes from a magazine focused on tales of unidentified flying objects. Does that automatically dismiss all information contained therein?

Consider the fact that the mainstream media is not just sympathetic to the government but overtly complicit in covering up whatever the government needs covered up… look no further than this 1975 video of CIA testimony to Congress where it is admitted and on record that the clandestine agency uses the mainstream media (both TV and print) to distribute disinformation propaganda to the American people. When the Franklin child sex abuse ring threatened to expose people in high levels of government, the mainstream media didn't turn against the government but instead turned against the investigators trying to bring that information about the government to light. There's a pattern, so finding the kind of information we are about to discuss in a mainstream source any time soon is highly unlikely. This is not something any of those "investigative journalists" would ever investigate (not that they investigate much more than whatever official story they're supposed to parrot, handed to them directly from Washington).

Yes, the article does discuss small grey aliens and other beings reportedly living in underground military bases. But that is simply scratching the surface. We fully realize that we live in a society where the very mention of the word "alien" triggers programmed alarms in the heads of many that anything else said should be ignored as "crazy conspiracy theorist talk."

However, knowing what has been declassified regarding unethical government research on American citizens since at least the 1930s, it is the other information couched around the otherworldly beings in this article which cannot be totally dismissed simply because some people refuse to keep an open mind about the existence of other intelligent beings in the galaxy.

Accounts of alien encounters are, by their very nature, difficult to verify. Whether one takes this information as evidence of the government using the pretext of alien abductions to guard its highest national security secrets for its most grotesque (pseudo)scientific endeavors or whether one takes this report as revelation of the most closely held secrets about close encounters of the third kind, this information touches upon many aspects of the secret government and breakaway civilization that is going on not only under our noses but literally under our feet.

What better way to completely discredit any questions about deep underground military bases than to muddy the waters with tales that cannot be backed up with solid proof?

Page one of the article includes a map of underground government facilities and tunnels, and so begins a journey into a possibility most Americans have never even considered. The article largely focuses on the story of one Thomas C. who claims to have worked in high security photography at an underground facility in West Virginia before working in high security photography for the Air Force for seven years, then the Rand Corporation in Santa Monica for six more years before he was transferred to Dulce. He claims to have smuggled copies of information out of this base in what is described in the article as a very laborious process in 1979 before he went into hiding.

At that time, the base was allegedly using futuristic technologies, some of which are concealed from the public if they exist even today. Who knows what they possibly have now. According to Thomas, the base had at least seven sublevels, each guarded with increasing security measures including scales in front of every elevator. For a person to get below the first level, he or she would be weighed in the nude and given a key card and code and would need to be weighed every time he or she attempted to go deeper underground or through any meaningful doors on the base. Any code mismatch or weight discrepancy over a certain amount would trigger an X-ray and physical examination, and, of course, the doors would not open.

Here is Thomas' description of the base and its various floors from the article. Keep in mind this is an article from 1991 describing what a defector reportedly experienced in the late 70s:

All elevators are controlled magnetically, but there are no elevator cables. The magnetic system is inside the walls of the elevator shaft. There are no normal electric controls. Everything is controlled by advanced magnetics, including lighting. There are no regular light bulbs. The tunnels are illuminated by phosphorous units with broad, structureless emission bands. Some deep tunnels use a form of phosphorous pentoxide to temporarily illuminate certain areas…

The studies on Level 4 include human aura research, as well as all aspects of telepathy, hypnosis, and dreams. Thomas says that they know how to separate the bioplasmic body from the physical body and place an "alien entity" life-force-matrix within a human body after removing the "soul" life-force-matrix of the human. [Editor's Note: Sounds like a mix between the films Dreamscape and The Men Who Stare At Goats.]

Level 6 is privately called "Nightmare Hall." It holds the genetic labs. Here are experiments done on fish, seals, birds, and mice that are vastly altered from their original form. There are multi-armed and multi-legged humans and several cages (and vats) of humanoid bat-like creatures up to 7-feet tall…

Principle government organizations involved with mapping human genetics, the so-called genome projects are within the Department of Energy (which has a heavy presence on the Nevada Test Site); the National Institute of Health; the National Science Foundation; the Howard Hughes Medical Institute; and, of course, the Dulce Underground Labs run by the DOE…

It was when Thomas encountered humans in cages on Level 7 of the Dulce facility that things finally reached a climax for him. He says, "I frequently encountered humans in cages, usually dazed or drugged, but sometimes they cried and begged for help. We were told they were hopelessly insane, and involved in high-risk drug tests to cure insanity. We were told to never speak to them at all. At the beginning we believed that story. Finally in 1978 a small group of workers discovered the truth.

The article says that Thomas' wife and child were abducted by government agents in retaliation for his smuggling of information out of the base, including some black and white photographs. Thomas reportedly took his bargaining chips and went into hiding after that.

Could all of this information be complete disinformation? It could be. It's been called farfetched to say the least.

But what we do know beyond a shadow of a doubt is that we have a government on record that has experimented on an unknowing population time and again for almost a century. What other reasons are there to have underground bases in the first place? Can it really all be chalked up to World War III fears? It's not like these secretive places are built underground to be a giant, unused spare coat closet in the mean time. If something is going on that they want kept out of the public eye, what better place for it to go on than literally underground?

Aside from the fact that we found this tidbit tucked in a UFO magazine, when you strip away all the aliens out of the picture entirely, what you have left sounds like a totally plausible, if not a highly probable scenario that would verify too many stories to count regarding humans in cages in underground facilities, people being kidnapped and taken to just such places, and even some of the strange sightings of weird genetic hybrid creatures of urban legend.
