Legislation requiring mental illness training for police officers, district judges
………..anticipated for next session/Pa.
Over the past several months there has been an increase in public scrutiny of police officers and their interactions with those they serve, but for some in the Capitol improving those relations is not a new concept.Last session, Rep. Thomas Caltagirone (D-Berks) attempted to address this issue, in part, with last session's House Bill 1504.Rep. Caltagirone—who as of last session was the Minority Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee—said he plans on reintroducing the legislation in the coming session. The bill would have provided for training of municipal police officers and minor judiciary members in how to identify and deal with individuals with mental health illnesses or disabilities, which necessitates a deeper understanding than dealings with other citizens.
(was on abc27 9am news this morning so i found the bills headn to session)

folks – this MH scam was introduced to us in the 90s. we fell for it hook line & sinker. started with the kids in schools – the adhd….then they quickly moved to adults – post pardum/women, then "depression", and so on….
they KNEW psychiatry was gonna be a multi billion dollar industry – the military medical complex is now using MH as a weapon against you. starts here in pa – and watch how fast this spreads to your respective state if they dont already have something like this already. **go getta copy of the DSM5 The diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fifth edition – https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/49915326/DSM-5.pdf you pick your nose? its got a name. you scratch your ass? its got a name. – the DSM series IS puttn behavior into a box. this revision addresses culture, but we also need to remember that this material & criteria is not used in other parts of the world. this form of categorical thinking can become limiting & detrimental if stuck in it, especially when the leading form of treatment seems to be drugs & not from the mind & body itself. gabeesh?
**you can collect social security benefits if you been diagnosed as a "griever" yeah—your dog died? you sad? cah-ching!
another ex: ODD oppositional defiant disorder
1. often loses temper.
2. is often touchy or easily annoyed.
3. is often angry and resentful.
4. often argues with authority figures or, for children and adolescents, with adults.
5. often actively defies or refuses to comply with requests from authority figures or with rules.
6. often deliberately annoys others.
7. often blames others for his or her mistakes or misbehavior.
the symptoms of the disorder often are part of a pattern of problematic interactions with others. furthermore, individuals with this disorder typically do not regard themselves as angry, oppositional, or defiant. instead, they often justify their behavior as a response to unreasonable demands or circumstances —-see, the govt is taking your freedom and economically enslaving you to globalist elites isnt something to get angry about, or defy…….oh, thats just part of your disorder. now go take your risperdol. /sarc
