Tonopah Rob's 8th Season Fall Opening / Veggie and Vendor List for 11/1/14

• Tonopah Rob

Green beans and radishes from Tonopah Rob's Vegetable Farm

Fresh beans will be ready at the farm stand on Saturday, come and get'em!

It's here!!!  The 2014/15 Fall Opening is ready to begin. I thought of blowing up balloons and having a parade but then I decided I don't have time, I'm too busy farming.  I guess it's the thought that counts.

On Saturday November 1, 2014 from 8 to 1 p.m.,  Tonopah Rob will have the perfect line up of vendors to celebrate the new season.  There will be Alaskan salmon, fresh breads and pastries, grass-fed beef, fresh eggs, jams, jellies and Tupperware, also, home-made skin care products and of course Tonopah Rob's famous nature grown veggies.

Tonopah Rob will give two guided farm tours.  The first tour of the day will begin at 9:30 a.m.  and the second tour begins at 11 a.m.  Bring your fancy hat, good pair of walking shoes and plenty of water to drink.  There is a small fee for the tour:  3.00/person, kids 8 and under are free as are all CSA families.  Proceeds from the tour go towards the new fruit tree fund.

Don't forget to purchase your tickets for a CSA share.  Tonopah Rob is selling tickets and will hold a raffle in December for a 250.00 dollar CSA share.  Tickets are five dollars each and all proceeds go towards the new fruit tree fund. You may also purchase a CSA share the day of the market and begin using you membership on market day.

Bring your own shopping bags, return your egg cartons and plan on having a fun festive time at the farm.  It's a very cool place to visit and shop!

New Year's Flowers from Tonopah Rob's Vegetable Farm
