The judgment that condemned this man was probably a void judgment. In other words, the judgment probably had a load of defects in it that rendered it void, thereby making it essentially NOT a judgment. The guy probably died without a proper court judgment.

While I haven't read the case, notice the topic headline: "Attorneys call for halt of botched AZ execution an hour after 'lethal' injection". In other words, attorneys had a whole lot to do with this entire case.

The holding (basis for a decision) in Trinsey v. Pagliaro D.C.Pa. 1964, 229 F. Supp. 647 (http://freedom-school.com/law/with-regards-to-trinsey-v-pagliaro.html), says: "An attorney for the plaintiff cannot admit evidence into the court. He is either an attorney or a witness". So, how much of the pleadings in this case were attorneys' words rather than words of an actual witness to the crime?

I'm not saying that the guy didn't deserve execution in this case. I don't know. But I am asking, how many cases go awry of the lawfulness simply because an attorney speaks when he doesn't have the right?

Consider the 22 major potential defects in any court case, found at http://voidjudgments.com/22reasons.htm. Any one of these might have made the whole judgment into a void judgment, thereby making it null and void from its beginning, thereby making it a non-judgment.

Again, I'm not saying that the guy wasn't deserving of what he got in this case. What I AM asking is, how many void judgments are harming people right now, all around the nation, simply because they are not recognized for what they are, void judgments?

Virtually all SUMMARY JUDGMENTS are void judgments, and are only carried out because attorneys and their clients don't bring up some of the, above referenced, 22 defects in the cases.
