I would entertain the argument....Actually he makes a point. They get you drunk to take advantage of you. That is why the booze is cheap but at what point do they KNOW that you are so wasted you cannot make a rational decision and then take advantage of it.Bars are held liable if you get so wasted that you cant stand up and then allow you to leave.

Lesson here is....don't get drunk at a Casino
