I wouldn't believe or trust CPS in a million years. If this child was really in any danger, she was just taken out of the frying pan and put into the fire. 

Has there even been a den of corruption hearing on this case before the real kidnappers kidnapped both mother and child?

Keep in mind folks. Through the marriage license, birth certificate, and SS # your children belong to the state that claim the power and authority to take you children anytime they get the urge to do so for any reason. If you think this is BS, you better do the research and take the proper steps to protect your children and family from this rogue cabal we call a government before they come after you and your family and they will sooner or later.
