Where Was the Debate? In the end no one stepped forth to challenge the city council when they stated the AZCentral Article was seriously flawed. The measure passed with 7 yeas to 0 nays. We often speak of the need for oversight in our Congress and Senate, but it truly starts at home. Our system of government can only thrive without corruption or apathy when there is an informed and vigilant populace.
