The Republican candidate running for former Rep. Gabrielle Gifford’s (D-AZ) seat on Friday responded to Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum’s comment about women in combat by saying she wanted to “kick him in the jimmy.”

“I do have concerns about women in front line combat,” Santorum had told CNN’s John King last week. “I think that could be a very compromising situation people naturally, you know, may do things that may not be in the interests of the mission because of other types of emotions that are involved.”

The former Pennsylvania senator later clarified that he was talking about men’s emotions, not women’s.
