Chicago is preparing itself for a biological attack with the recent unveiling of a new 40,000 square-foot, fourteen story state-of the-art medical decontamination facility; the new facility is fully equipped to handle a sudden influx of patients from a biological attack or other mass casualty incident.Last Friday the Robert R. This is the stupidist thing I have heard in a long time. Besides the fact that a biological attack is most likely to come from our own government do you really think we could build enough resources to treat all the victims? Would the treatment be effective?

If anything this a special facility meant for the special class of psychopaths know as politicians and was never meant for us the little people.
