Vengeancia I was in a courtroom recently in Colorado, listening to people approach the magistrate and plead guilty to victimless crimes like possession of less than two ounces of pot, or drinking underage, or being drunk in public, etc. I watched them get sentenced to anger management classes, alcohol and drug classes, etc. I watched them post bonds, pay fees and be restrained from going anywhere near their spouses and loved ones. In terms of freedom, we have gotten very far away from the founders' original intent for declaring peoples' independence and making a Constitution.

I decided to take some notes and let everyone know which of your unalienable rights you can expect to waive in a typical courtroom if you plead guilty. Simply put, did you know that there are TWO mutually exclusive political jurisdictions in America today, and that you have the right to choose to live in a constitutional REPUBLIC of free people or in a legislative DEMOCRACY of citizen/slaves, really public officers and franchises of the fictional Federal Corporation dba the United States government?

Just like you cannot be just a little bit pregnant, you cannot be just a little bit "citizen." This is a black and white situation! Either you have chosen to DELEGATE your unalienable God-given rights to some entity, or you still HAVE all of your rights.

That way, if you get dragged off to jail for some questionable legality and land in court for breaking some unconstitutional invention of the Federal Corporation, designed to make your life difficult and enrich the lawyers and parasitic governing classes, you can call a COMMON LAW court (see the 7th Amendment to the Constitution) rather than a Statutory court.

Using common law, you lay a claim on your rights, and the govt. is forced to prove that it has a superior claim over you in order to bring any charges against you. Even better, once the charges are dismissed, you can collect on your remedy, the monetary damages specified in your FEE SCHEDULE.

The common law doctrine of estoppel by acquiescence is applied when one party gives legal notice to a second party of a fact or claim, and the second party fails to challenge or refute that claim within a reasonable time. The second party is said to have acquiesced to the claim, and is estopped from later challenging it, or making a counterclaim.
