Civic group in Virginia elects dog as president

Some people think government has gone to the dogs…in Annandale, Virginia they know it has. The people of Annandale have never had quite anything happen to them as they did recently. As a matter of fact few towns anywhere have experienced anything like it...The town elected a dog for president.
