Democrat Senator from Colorado, Mark Udall has decided to introduce a proposal that all the children in Congress sit together during the President's upcoming State of the Union Address. His theory is that all the rah-rah up and down cheering that goes on by ONE side (or the other) of the aisle displays nasty partisanship; which of course leads to insane monkeys shooting and killing innocent bystanders at the corner of Safeway's in Tuscon...
