What is ”Agenda 21″ and the yearly “Earth Summit” attended by world leaders? It is the UN blueprint for global transformation defined as: “Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.” “When George H.W. Bush signed the Rio Accords at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992, he opened the path for the United States to implement U.N. Sustainable Development Agenda 21. When Bill Clinton created the President’s Council for Sustainable Development by Executive Order in 1993, he laid the foundation for a proliferation of intermediate and local councils that would set out to alter radically the structure of government in the United States.
