It kinda reminds me of an updated version of the sign over Dante's Hell; 

"Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate", or "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here"

Above the threshold of the bridge it should say...

"You are now entering London,  you're fucked."
