****Remember this article? Cliff High/Halfpasthuman, has predicted a tipping point, for Oct 25, then delayed bank doom until Oct 27. We saw CIT heading into bankruptcy. Hence we begin a turning point. With 9 more banks failing this weekend, and the FDIC running on fumes it is only a matter of time. Many banks have been 'changing' their systems over with minimal banking disruptions (Wells being one), the question remains, what did they change over to?
