I just returned home safely from my trip to Pittsburgh and as I was pulling in I received a phone call from my friends at We Are Change informing me that they are in Oakland at the site of the protests that resulted in violence and 40+ people being arrested last night. There are several hundred protesters gathered right now along with a massive police force arrayed. Luke Rudkowski is LIVE right now on the bullhorn.

I saw the video start up at wearechange.org but it cut out after a few seconds, according to Gary Franchi's facebook page the wearechange crew got swept up by the cop at the protest.
