HOMELAND SECURITY MARTIAL LAW BILL (spoof)

While reading the proposed HR8791 Bill to members, Rep. John Haller (R-PA), who apparently hadn't read the Bill prior to his live reading, at one point, softly exclaims "Jesus!", obviously shocked at the "classified" content.

I would love to offer my humble comment on our open government and it's implications, but that's classified...God help us all Adolf and Herman

Why is a spoof at the top of Freedom's Phoenix home page, and not on April 1? Is Freedom's Phoenix web site a spoof also?
