I would love to see toll roads in Arizona. Real toll roads. Control roads built and controlled by private businesses, built without eminent domain and free from all government regulation.

But of course government has no intention of giving up control. Instead, it intends to create a quasi-government corporation to administer point of use taxes upon an already built and taxpayer paid for system of roads while cops will continue bilking motorists through imposing and enforcing fines. This gives another group of important political campaign donors an excuse to jack their customer's rates up: Insurance companies providing legislative mandated auto insurance to motorists with ticket convictions.
