Jeffery Howell, the Scottsdale defendant, should hire a Hollywood entertainment lawyer to get as many genuine recording artists to testify how they rip their own CDs. Line them up - get 20, 40, 100 of these people to embarrass the RIAA out of this suit. Then counter-sue them.
