We don't need any replacement tax after the IRS is shut down. Let's, rather, eliminate federal interstate commerce taxes and replace all federal taxes with import/export taxes only. This would bring jobs and security back to American people since Government would then need to balance their taxing against supply and demand to get any money at all.
