Judy A. Mikovits, PhD has spent her life training to be a research scientist to honor her grandfather who died of cancer when she was a teenager. Dr. Mikovits earned her BA from University of Virginia and PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from George Washington University. In her 35-year quest to understand and treat chronic diseases, she has studied immunology, natural products chemistry, epigenetics, virology and drug development. In just over twenty years she rose from an entry-level lab technician to become director of the lab of Antiviral Drug Mechanisms at the National Cancer Institute before leaving to direct the Cancer Biology program at EpiGenX Pharmaceuticals in Santa Barbara, California where she had met and married David Nolde in 2000. There in 2006, she became attracted to the plight of patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Autism. In only five years she developed the first neuroimmune institute from a concept to a reality and is primarily responsible for demonstrating the relationship between immune based inflammation and these diseases. She has published over 50 scientific papers.

About Plague...
On July 22, 2009, a special meeting was held with twenty-four leading scientists at the National Institutes of Health to discuss early findings that a newly discovered retrovirus was linked to chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), prostate cancer, lymphoma, and eventually neurodevelopmental disorders in children.
When Dr. Judy Mikovits finished her presentation the room was silent for a moment, then one of the scientists said, "Oh my God!" The resulting investigation would be like no other in science.
For Dr. Mikovits, a twenty-year veteran of the National Cancer Institute, this was the midpoint of a five-year journey that would start with the founding of the Whittemore-Peterson Institute for Neuro-Immune Disease at the University of Nevada, Reno, and end with her as a witness for ?the federal government against her former employer, Harvey Whittemore, for Illegal campaign contributions to U. S. Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid.
On this journey Dr. Mikovits would face the scientific prejudices against CFS, wander into the minefield that is autism, and through it all struggle to maintain her faith in God and the profession to which she had dedicated her life. On Saturday, June 17, 2017, we are inviting all families to join us in Washington D.C. as well as 24 satellite locations throughout the nation.
CMFH is visioned to spread awareness to the current chronic and neurological health crisis the youth of America are facing today. While mainstream media, medical professionals, and government agencies will have the general public believe everything is okay and these conditions are normal, we strive to rebuke this conditioning by reminding parents chronic and neurological conditions such as eczema, allergies, asthma, ADD/ADHD, neurological tics, speech delays, autism, cancer and more are NOT normal. Once a condition is normalized, discovering root causes no longer becomes a concern and therefore proper healing and prevention cannot take place. We purpose to establish acceptance of our children while not accepting their conditions. We strive to create the curiosity and desire in parents' hearts to want to learn the root causes for their children's health issues while simultaneously offering hope via options and resources for alternative, natural health choices directed to improve healing and prevention of said conditions.
March Goals, Speakers and Volunteers
We are aiming to create a sense of urgency by showcasing the children. We are encouraging the children to march alongside us, dressed up as a given profession such as doctors, teachers, police officers, and more. These tiny people represent the future of humanity and will inspire our society to answer this question: "What kind of society will we have if so many born with the potential of greatness are chronically ill or irreparably damaged?"
We wish to welcome the masses, regardless of current beliefs, and unite to protect our constitutional rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is the sovereign right of each individual to have medical control over the substances being introduced into their own body, as well as the bodies of their children. We encourage every single person to be a voice for their neighbor, child, sibling, parent, friend or stranger who may not be aware of that which is before us.
We aim to inspire inquiry and offer informational opportunities for curious minds. During the march, we will conduct ourselves in a peaceful, respectful manner. Information will be given on a variety of topics by well-known activists and professionals. Additionally, educational pamphlets, "how to begin your research" workbooks, and more will be handed out to those in attendance.
March- The main march will take place in Washington D.C., along with satellite locations marching cohesively and simultaneously in select cities nationwide. Our conduct will promote peace, love, and mutual respect, while embracing differing opinions.
Speakers- We are constantly updating our list of speakers as more and more activists, medical professionals, legal council, authors and politicians become involved.
Volunteer- We have over 20+ cities with teams in place and cities are being confirmed with permits every week!
