consistency in U.S. policy toward Syria: When As'ad was losing the Syrian war, Obama refrained from strikes that would likely have taken him out in 2013. Now, when As'ad seems close to winning the war, Trump with a revamped NSC does a 180 on his previous pronouncements and attacks As'ad.
"So, if you push away the personalities and rhetoric and focus on actual U.S. policy, it suggests that there is an underlying consistency on Syria, which is something that cannot possibly be stated publically: To prolong the Syrian war as much as possible. This would not at all be unprecedented. Through the 1980s, the U.S. backed both sides in the Iran-Iraq War, which resulted in horrific carnage." ANTI-WAR ACTIVIST ADAM KOKESH SPEAKS OUT FOLLOWING WHITE HOUSE ARREST

Adam Kokesh speaks exclusively to News2Share following his release from D.C. Central booking, where he was held from his April 10th arrest to the 15th.

Kokesh was arrested by Secret Service outside the White House on an extraditable warrant out of Maryland stemming from an incident with TSA (Travel Safety Administration) in December 2015. The warrant was for failure to appear.
Kokesh says his government-issued ankle bracelet from a previous gun charge was being additionally screened by TSA, and he remarked, "Don't worry. It's probably not a bomb." This resulted in the ten minute closure of the checkpoint and a criminal citation for disrupting security procedures.
A January 2016 letter from TSA indicated that the agency wished to reduce their case to a warning. Kokesh believed this resolved the matter, while the government says the letter only frees him of civil liability. Maryland, meanwhile, is free to pursue the case criminally. News2Share was in court for the hearing Tuesday.
Mr. Kokesh was ordered released Saturday after Maryland declined to pick him up for extradition within 72 hours of him waiving his right to an extradition hearing.
To his knowledge, there is still a Maryland warrant out for his arrest.

Adam Kokesh Arrested in DC Before Anti-War Protest

Adam Kokesh was arrested before he could even start his Anit-War protest according to Heather Mullins. The pair headed from Philadelphia, where they attended the Free Your Mind Conference this past weekend, to DC to protest the bombing of Syria and other endless acts of war by the US(s)A. Below is the livestream where Adam was arrested.
It's believed that he is currently being held in the Washington DC jail until Maryland comes to pick him up on the alleged warrant, which arresting officers could not and did not confirm before taking him away, but no one has confirmed his whereabouts yet. In the video Adam claims that the issue with TSA had been resolved – and if the warrant is from the TSA why didn't they scoop him up Friday when he boarded a plane in Arizona this past weekend – but that didn't stop the police from "protecting the community" and whisking him off to a cage. If the police were really protecting us maybe the would stop the man in that White House from bombing more people with million dollar bombs? So, one has to wonder if it's more about the message he spreads and was about to spread or the fact that some fake agency – the TSA, who has never prevented or caught a terrorist on a plane (EVER) – isn't able to update its data properly.
Mullins stated that Adam is due in front of a judge tomorrow at 1 pm. I will update this post with relevant information as it comes in including numbers to call once we can confirm where he's located.

Kokesh will be in front of a DC judge tomorrow and Maryland will have three days to come pick him up. He's currently being held at DC Central Booking located at 1901 D Street SE. Call them at (202) 698-4932.
