Pima Elections completely ignores all 3 options given from ES&S and just destroyed the ballot images. Please do not make that the mistake. These ballot images are a public record and destroying public records is against the law. Federal law requiring retention of federal election materials, and that provides a penalty of up to $1,000 fine and one year in jail for premature destruction of that material, was formerly 42 U.S.C § 1974, is now 52 U.S.C § 20701

(AUDITAZ/AUDITUSA) investigator John Brakey and Jim March of Blackbox Voting learned first-hand of attempts by the Pima Elections Division to hide, alter and suppress elections evidence. The Pima Elections Division electronically manipulated existing database files, lost evidence containing an 'untainted' version of these files and illegally gained possession of the files during litigation.
This film allows you watch events as they unfold through the eyes of seasoned lawyer and activist Bill Risner. It quickly becomes evident that what initially appeared to be a public mandate to expand the city's roads was actually a top down mandate to run roughshod over the City of Tucson. At every step of the way, citizens seeking answers are met with resistance from election facilitators, local politicians and the state's attorney general. The County's bizarre behavior in the lawsuit and new evidence of wrongdoing on the part of elections division personnel led to an equally suspicious, deeply flawed investigation by the Arizona Attorney General. This investigation culminated in a recount that lacked a forensic inspection of the ballots any meaningful comparison historic numbers generated by precinct.
You'll catch a unique glance at the unsettling relationships that exist between the various branches of state government unified by their common goal of evading justice. Elected officials charged with oversight of the elections division refused to look into the problems with the county's elections. Bureaucrats handling the election were suspects in the case, but that didn't stand in the way with them having a prominent role in the Attorney General's investigation. All of these shenanigans became evidence in a lawsuit by the Pima County Democratic party for the release of database records. After the data was finally released and events consistent with tampering were discovered, a long judicial pursuit attempting to restore the integrity of elections in Pima County culminated in an appellate court ruling in favor of prospective relief. This meant the courts can intervene when existing election laws and enforcement of existing election laws fail to protect the integrity of elections. Why won't Pima County comply with this ruling?

WHY I'M RUNNING
I'm running for United States Senate because the status quo is unacceptable. Alaskans deserve a choice. It's time to stand up to the federal government's relentless encroachment on our land and liberty.
I want my children and grandchildren to live in a country where Constitutional freedoms are protected, jobs are abundant, and opportunities are only limited by want of imagination or lack of industry.
ON THE ISSUES
Joe Miller is a limited government Constitutionalist who believes government exists to protect our liberties, not to take them away. He supports free people, free markets, federalism, the Constitutional right to life, the 2nd Amendment, religious liberty, American sovereignty, and a strong national defense.
PRO-LIFE
Every human being is endowed by their Creator with the right to life. Unlike Lisa Murkowski, Joe sees Roe v. Wade as a case study in judicial activism, running contrary to the Constitution's guarantee of our first liberty.
2ND AMENDMENT
The Second Amendment is essential to our liberty. We must resist all efforts to thwart this fundamental right. Joe is the only candidate endorsed by the Gun Owners of America.
IMMIGRATION
Immigration has been vital to America's growth and strength as a nation; however, it is imperative to our national security and national integrity that our borders be secured and our immigration laws respected.
Americans should not lose their jobs or see their wages kept low due to cheap, illegal labor.
Joe opposes amnesty in every form including President Obama's unconstitutional executive action.
He also opposes Islamic refugee resettlement in the absence of a vetting process that eliminates national security risks.
PFD GRAB
The seizure of half of Alaskans' Permanent Fund Dividend payment is the most regressive tax in state history. The governor's decision to make Alaska's most needy families pay for the politicians' irresponsible public policy is just outrageous.
Lisa Murkowski co-sponsored a measure in the state legislature to use a portion of the PFD for government expenditures, despite an overwhelming vote of the electorate rejecting the policy. Then earlier this year, Murkowski suggested putting the PFD on the table was an appropriate solution to the state's fiscal woes.
Joe initiated the Save The PFD recall petition application in July to protect Alaskans from big government overreach. He believes this is a property rights issue protected by the Constitution and reflective of a contrast in governing philosophies between himself and Murkowski.
HEALTHCARE
Obamacare has been devastating for many Alaskans, precipitating the loss of insurance plans and doctors, and causing premiums to skyrocket.
Obamacare must be repealed. Alaskans deserve healthcare freedom.
We must introduce free market principles that empower patients by giving more choices, at lower costs.
Joe favors tax-free health savings accounts, portable insurance policies, and removing artificial state barriers that drive costs up.
VETERAN AFFAIRS
We must honor our commitments to veterans who have risked everything to preserve our freedoms. As a combat veteran who has used VA medical services, Joe will ensure that the nation keeps its promises to veterans.
ARCTIC
Our policy should be to aggressively protect national and state sovereignty over the resource-rich Arctic. Unlike Lisa Murkowski, Joe opposes the UN's Law of the Sea Treaty. No international bureaucracy should ever be allowed to tax and regulate Alaskans or control our resources. We must significantly expand our Navy's and Coast Guard's presence given an increasingly bellicose China and Russia.
ALASKA NATIVES
Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution recognizes a tribal sovereignty that envisions tribes having a new relationship with the federal government.
Joe believes when constitutional recognition is fully realized, Alaska Natives will have greater opportunity and broader horizons to allow self-determination to become a reality.
NATIONAL SECURITY
A strong national defense is the best deterrent to aggression. As a former Army officer and combat veteran, Joe understands the importance of military readiness for all potential eventualities.
The United States cannot be the world's policemen. Our nation's foreign policy must be guided by what is in America's vital interest.
We must be vigilant to defend U.S. interests and to eliminate any and all imminent threats to the peace and safety of our country. War must always be a last resort, but must be waged decisively and overwhelmingly when necessary. And we must NEVER commit our troops without Congressional authorization.
THE ECONOMY
The Obama administration has overseen the country's worst economic recovery since the 1940s, with anemic growth and low job creation. The true unemployment rate (including those who have left the work force) remains over 10 percent.
We must replace the failed policies of the Obama administration with initiatives based on time tested principles. As Ronald Reagan reminded us, "Government is not the solution to our problems; government is the problem."
Government does not create wealth; it consumes wealth. Joe will support tax reform that promotes economic growth and job creation. He will also seek to roll back onerous regulations that inhibit a robust economy and thwart responsible resource development.
