    This message is to the stockholders of Inteligentry!

    Let me first Start by apologizing to you all.

    This is the hardest thing for me to say, in my life, to you or anyone.
BUT After we put up such a great fight and had become THE company that could do this, where others have tried 33 years and failed and we nearly had production and a REAL way to help the world.

    Inteligentry is NO MORE.

    Our demise is Not because of the fact that they took all our stuff, we could have overcome that. BUT
    The SEC came in with their action and there is no way it can continue as it is. I wish I could tell you we will win this case but I have looked at the laws they stipulate and I have to say they are probably right, no matter what we were told at that first stockholders meeting.
    Fact is, I plan to basically work with them to shut us down.
    It seems, we were wrongly informed that the company was, because of it being a Private Corporation, with State permission to sell 10% of the stock, able to sell stock and that we did not need to register this 10% with the SEC before we sold it. I am not an attorney and I know nothing about how stock works etc. And I like many of you took what we were told and said fine.
    Fact is, from what I have read, we should not have sold, private, or otherwise, any stock that was not registered with the SEC. That is the crux of the complaint. We can expect them to sell off everything and take the money and distribute it back to stockholders. The Application Fees will be treated as all other monies.
    Understand this is what I think and don't take this as fact. But, this is what I have seen in searching thru other cases. Some of you are thinking why not fight it. Two reasons. First no money, ok so we could put together a defence fund. Second is the Peswiki, and the rest, Blogs have probably had a field day with TROLLS running amuck and it would be better to quietly get past them. And surprise them later.
    It seems there was one group, we all know who, that wished us gone and they got us gone now. So they could raise MORE Money. More on that in the HOT Seat.
    But it was a ticking bomb. Sooner or later this would have happened and it is best NOW than when we are further along and in a more complicated place.
