Hour 1 - 3

Media Type: Audio • Time: Minutes
Guests: Kirk MacKenzie
Kirk MacKenzie - main focus these days is the restoration of a Constitutional government and the end to the financial madness. To accomplish this, the monetary system that has been constructed in our country must be restored to Constitutional principles. Quite simply, our money is making us broke. Far too few people understand the causal relationship between our monetary system and the overwhelming and unsustainable debts we have. My mission is to correct that.

Hour 2

Media Type: Audio • Time: Minutes
Guests: Dan Gutenkauf

Dan Gutenkauf - is a legal researcher and political activist in many areas, especially in the area of computer election fraud since 1996. In 1997 Dan and his twin brother Dennis filed a Federal civil rights lawsuit against Maricopa County, which landed at the doorsteps of the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied review. Maricopa County was subsequently forced to amend its election worker's training manual to allow citizens to monitor the vote count at polling places. Dan has done extensive research on election law and voting rights, and his research is available at http://www.votefraud.org, the website for Citizens for a Fair Vote Count.

In 2006, Dan was co-author of SB 1557, introduced by Sen. Karen Johnson, which was passed into law, mandating an independent sample hand count of ballots to cross-check the computer tabulated results.

On October 5, 2010, Dan filed a Civil rights/Racketeering lawsuit (RICO)
in Federal District Court of Arizona against numerous defendants, including the City of Tempe, Redflex Traffic Systems, and Attorney General Terry Goddard, for violations of State law in Arizona's Photo Speed Enforcement Program.

Dan is a graduate of Drake University, with a degree in Psychology.
Dan and his twin brother Dennis are professional musicians, who were inducted
in the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005.
