Secession (Montana Gun Issue)

Email from Dennis J. Martin

Dear Ernie:   Your "blurb" about the "revolutionary" MT gun law was forwarded to me by one of my old competition shooting buddies back in WA State.  I think you ought to stick to AZ business and keep to yourself your interpretations of what we here in MT are thinking and doing.  You appear to want to make more of a splash about this than any of the press (collectively in the entire State) has made concerning the bill.

2) Yes, it deals with commerce, State and Interstate.

2) We think firms like Cooper Arms and BVAC ought to be able to sell their products here in MT w/o any Federal complications.

3) We do not see this or any other issue as a "spring board" to secession.  Yes, there are a few right-wing wackos (represented by folks sounding a lot like you) in MT just as in most every State.  They all think their State ought to become it\'s own nation.  Interestingly, this dumb talk/talking point, as well represented of late by the idiot Gov. of TX, is most loud in States that receive the greatest amount of Federal Aid moneys.  Between hurricanes, floods, drought and fire, I believe TX received 13 Federal "hand-outs" for 100\'s of millions of dollars - my dollars and yours.  Does any of these (you) secession freaks think we out-of-staters are going to give you any disaster money if you are not part of the Union?

I suggest you and you small thinking allies ought to get all worked up over Soc. Security, Medicade/Medicare and Federal Flood Insur., unemployment benefits, etc. and sign a legally binding contract with the Federal Govt. that you refused now and forever such benefits.  That would cut the size and cost of government.

Keep up the "good" work.  Your scribes and commentaries are great humor.  We\'d have to pay a hefty cover charge to get this sort of comedy at a night club.  And you folks down there thought having a Pres. who\'d been brain-washed in a prison war camp and a V-P with less political experience that the Mayor of Tempe would have been good for the country, yeah, you\'re a real comedy act.  Then there\'s ole Ron, he\'d be great on the international stage.  Yikes!

Sincerely, Dennis J. Martin (previously Independent, now Democrate)   (PS Where the heck was your voice as the Bush Admin. stripped the guts out of the 4TH & 5TH Amend. of the Bill of Rights? ----------- Oh, that\'s right.  It\'s OK to have Federal intervention as long as it\'s something you "believe in.")

Well! Mr. Martin obviously does not know Ernie Hancock very well...or Freedom's Phoenix! I do wonder if he has the intellect to realize how badly he has embarrassed himself...or if he is just a shill for the Obamatronic Commie Coalition.

No need to get upset about Mr. Martin, kids. He's just another psy-op wanna-be Dem operative/volunteer who never even passed high-school level Eng-101, as evidenced by his mad grammatical skillz. :)

Does this 'Democrate' think we are in Texas!?! I don't know exactly how to respond considering we have been screaming to high heaven about every unconstitutional act that has come down the pike for how long now!?! YEARS!!! And the bit about not sending us back OUR OWN MONEY as 'assistance' if we aren't a part of the Beast - YOU COMMIE BASTARD. And that was being polite.

If you can find anything that shows we supported McCain I'LL EAT IT!

You, sir, are not worthy to speak Ron Paul's NAME...

That's a funny letter coming from a 'new' Democrate (sic). So, the big reason to not secede is "just in case there's another major disaster the federal government can exacerbate in 'your' state". Ah, to live in fear of what 'could' happen. It's a beautiful thing to the teat-suckers of socialism.

The notion that Dr. Paul would not be up to the rigors of the world stage is simply unfounded. He was the ONLY candidate for president in 2008 who had any intelligence what-so-ever, and he had /has a plan that would have already put us on the road to economic recovery.

The novelty president we have now is only fit to be on any stage as a (bad) comedian. Barry Obama IS John ('the unstable') McCain--they're both jokes on the American People.

I've got a brand new pen and a copier! Where do I sign?

PS Where the heck was your voice as the Bush Admin. stripped the guts out of the 4TH & 5TH Amend. of the Bill of Rights?

I love this question - it's the new Rubik's cube. I hope Mr. Martin has a lot of reading time on his hands. He can start here and continue on to pretty much the entire website.
