The Law Is the Law!

The law is clear! John Stuart had the right to use deadly force to prevent grave injury to himself and his friend, He was clearly not the aggressor. This appears to be a malicious prosecution of an innocent man using the relatively unlimited resources of the King (AZ) to destroy an ordinary citizen. Put yourselves in Mr,. Stuart\'s shoes - how long would YOUR resources last in defending yourself from malicious prosecution. What would happen to your family\'s economic well-being if you had the audacity to defend them from attack? That is why the law was written - to protect the innocent from rapacious lawyers!
